Carlos Manuel Baráibar Tovar, the founding partner is a renowned criminal lawyer, negotiator, and mediator. He has over 23 years of judicial experience and has held prominent positions in the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, including the presidency of the College of Secretaries of Study and Accounts. He is the co-author of the book New criminal justice system in its interaction with the means of constitutional control and a specialist in various aspects of the criminal justice system and constitutional control.

Jorge Arriaga Chan Temblador, the managing partner of the civil, commercial, and labor litigation area has over 20 years of experience in federal courts. He specializes in amparo proceedings, constitutional procedural law, and corporate litigation, with extensive experience in negotiable instruments, trusts, insurance, and regulatory compliance. He previously served as a Legal Secretary at the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation.

José Hernández Estrada, partner and general counsel, specializes in tax and criminal law. In addition to his professional practice, he teaches at the Escuela Libre de Derecho and is the author of several publications on tax, customs, and white-collar crime. He coordinates the strategic monitoring of the various litigation cases handled by the firm.

Guillermo Pablo López Andrade, lawyer Of Counsel, he has over 33 years of experience in public service. He is a graduate of The University of Warwick (LLM in Law in Development) and a doctoral candidate at Universidad Panamericana. For 14 years, he served as a Legal Secretary at the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, participating in the analysis of constitutional matters of great national importance. He has received international recognition and accolades from foreign governments for his academic and legal work.
